Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
Our Practices
We Do NOT Sell Your Personal Information
Consciousness Rising, Inc. does not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We will never sell your contact information, purchase history, or any other personal data to third parties.
We May “Share” Your Information for Advertising Purposes
Under California law, “sharing” has a specific meaning: allowing third parties to use your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (also called targeted advertising).
We use the following services that may constitute “sharing” under California law:
- Google Analytics: Analyzes how visitors use our website
- Google AdSense: Displays personalized advertisements on our website
When you visit our website, these services may collect information about your browsing activity to show you more relevant ads across the internet.
