“You” or “Your” means you as a participant in or as a user of the Site, www.donnabond.com, and any subdomains. “We” or “Our” or “Us” means Consciousness Rising, Inc (“Company”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY

We collect personal information from you so that we can provide you with a positive experience when utilizing our Website or content. We will only collect the minimum amount of information necessary for us to fulfill our obligation to you.

  1. Contact Information: Name and email address to deliver our newsletter, respond to inquiries, and communicate with you about our services (collected with your affirmative consent through our forms).
  2. Payment Information: Billing information including name, address, and payment details when you purchase from our Site, to process payment and deliver our products or services under our contractual obligation.
  3. Marketing Information: With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content (blog posts, videos, reports), and special events.
  4. Website Activity Data: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, your IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. California Direct Marketing Disclosure (CalOPPA)
California law permits California residents to request a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We have a zero-tolerance spam policy. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by:

In accordance with the Fair Information Practices Principles, in the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you via email within 7 business days of discovering the breach.

We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
