I cannot guarantee results, however, I’ve seen hundreds of clients create powerful change in their life by having courage, willingness and strength of heart to apply the principles offered here. This process works when you work it. Therefore, you acknowledge you are motivated and committed to taking action on your growth, development and intentions. You realize that anything less than your intentional full participation will not lead to your success.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing or participating in any Consciousness Rising, Inc. programs, courses, coaching services, or membership, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
Your Personal Responsibility

1. Life Decisions: You are solely and completely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your life, relationships, career, health, finances, and well-being. Any decisions you make during or after participating in our programs are your own decisions, made of your own free will.
2. Results and Outcomes: You acknowledge that Donna Bond and Consciousness Rising, Inc. cannot and do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participation in our programs. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, circumstances, and choices.
3. Application of Information: Any information, guidance, techniques, or principles shared in our programs are offered as general educational and inspirational content. You are responsible for determining whether and how to apply any information to your own unique situation.
4. Independent Decision-Making: You understand that coaching is not therapy, counseling, or professional advice. You maintain full responsibility for your own decision-making and will consult appropriate licensed professionals (medical, mental health, legal, financial, etc.) before making significant life decisions.
5. No Guarantees: While many clients experience powerful transformation through our work, you understand that personal growth and transformation require your active participation, courage, and willingness. The programs work when you work them. No one can do your inner work for you.

What Coaching Is and Is Not

Coaching IS:

• A partnership for personal exploration and growth
• Support for clarifying your values, intentions, and goals
• Guidance for accessing your own inner wisdom
• A space for reflection, insight, and accountability

Coaching IS NOT:

• Psychotherapy or mental health treatment
• Medical, legal, or financial advice
• A substitute for professional licensed services
• A guarantee of specific outcomes or results

Your Commitment

By participating in our programs, you commit to:

• Taking full ownership of your choices and their consequences
• Seeking appropriate professional help when needed
• Engaging with integrity and honesty
• Recognizing that you are the ultimate authority in your own life

Release of Liability

You agree that Donna Bond and Consciousness Rising, Inc. are not liable for any decisions you make, actions you take, or results you experience (or fail to experience) as a result of participating in our programs. You release Donna Bond and Consciousness Rising, Inc. from any and all claims related to outcomes, life decisions, or consequences arising from your participation in our services.

Donna Bond does not engage in rendering professional medical or mental health advice or services. The ideas, procedures, techniques, and suggestions contained in our courses and programs are not intended as a substitute for consulting with your physician or mental health professional. All matters regarding your health require medical supervision. The intent of our courses is to offer information of a general nature to help you in your quest for overall health and well-being. Donna Bond and Consciousness Rising, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage allegedly arising from any information or suggestion in our programs.

This Agreement is between you and Consciousness Rising, Inc., located at 3728 Albatross Street, San Diego, California 92103.

By visiting our Site (www.donnabond.com) and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Payment Processing
We accept payment through: Go High Level, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, and Zelle. All payments are processed securely through third-party processors complying with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your complete credit card information.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and to promptly update it as needed.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Billing Errors

If you believe you’ve been billed in error, contact us immediately at support@consciousnessrisinginc.com. We will investigate and issue refunds for confirmed errors.

REFUND POLICY

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days by emailing support@consciousnessrisinginc.com with:

• Your name and email
• Order number or purchase date
• Reason for refund request

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

When Refunds ARE Available

• Technical issues on our end preventing access
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Purchases within the 15-day guarantee period

When Refunds Are NOT Available

• Purchases made more than 15 days ago (except technical/billing errors)
• Monthly membership fees for accessed content
• Partial month refunds for memberships
• Services already rendered (completed sessions, attended workshops)
• Downloaded or accessed digital products

Membership Refunds

• First month’s fee may be refunded within 15 days if unsatisfied
• After 15 days, monthly fees are non-refundable
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• Access terminates immediately upon cancellation

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Monthly Membership (Including “Ignite Your Light”)

Billing and Renewal:

• Billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Automatically renews unless you cancel
• You authorize automatic charges each billing cycle

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing support@consciousnessrisinginc.com with “Cancel Membership” in subject line
• Access terminates immediately upon cancellation
• No refunds for partial months
• You’re responsible for all charges prior to cancellation

Access:

• Active members have access to all current membership content
• Access terminates immediately upon cancellation or non-payment
• Content may not be downloaded, shared, or distributed
• We may modify content at any time

One-Time Purchases and Courses

Lifetime Access: One-time course purchases include lifetime access as long as:

• Your account remains in good standing
• The course continues to be offered
• You comply with these Terms

No Guarantee: We reserve the right to discontinue any course with reasonable notice.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) USAGE

We use AI tools to enhance our services, including:

• Content generation and curation
• Administrative automation
• Website chatbots or automated responses
• Data analysis and personalization

Important:

• AI supports but does not replace human coaching
• All coaching and core content is delivered by Donna Bond or trained facilitators
• AI-generated content is reviewed before sharing with clients
• AI does not make decisions about your coaching journey without human oversight

By using our services, you consent to this AI processing. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Transmit viruses or harmful code
• Impersonate others
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content
• Spam or send unsolicited advertising
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Collect other users’ personal data
• Share or resell our proprietary content

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

ACCOUNT TERMS

When you create an account, you provide a username, email, and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

• Non-payment of fees
• Technical or security issues

Upon termination:

• Your access is removed
• Your password and account data may be deleted
• No refunds for unused services (unless otherwise stated)
