I want to talk about something that so many of us underestimate: the deep connection between purpose and power.
We often think of purpose as something “out there” we’re supposed to discover, or power as something external we need to claim. But the truth is far more intimate. Both are already within you.
The Divine Power Within You
Every single one of us is infused with a life force—a mystical, magical current that animates our very being. You might call it God, Source, the Universe, Spirit, or simply consciousness itself. Whatever name resonates, it’s the same force that is breathing you right now.
The purpose of our life is to understand how to use, direct, and align with this power. Not to control it—but to flow with it. To become conscious creators of our experience.
When we ignore this power, we often feel lost, disconnected, or powerless. But when we turn toward it, we awaken to a higher purpose.
Power Themes: How Your Soul Guides You
Over the years, I’ve come to see that our soul expresses itself through different power themes. These are areas of life where we’re invited to grow, embody, and master how we direct our energy.
Some of these themes include:
- 🌱 Creativity – Allowing your unique expression to flow into the world.
- 💫 Prosperity – Shifting from lack into the truth of abundance.
- 🤝 Service – Using your gifts to contribute to something greater.
- 🕊️ Wisdom – Turning your lived experiences into insight that uplifts.
These themes often show up in our lives where we feel resistance. For example, for years I didn’t see myself as creative at all. My upbringing reinforced that belief, and I carried it like truth. But creativity is one of the purest forms of divine power—and when I finally opened to it, everything shifted.
This is how power themes work. They show us not only what we’re here to master, but also how our purpose is revealed through the way we relate to these themes.
Power, Purpose, and Responsibility
Of course, we only need to glance at the world to see examples of power being misused. That’s why part of our spiritual path is learning to use our power consciously—with love, with integrity, with awareness.
Your purpose isn’t just about what you “do” in the world. It’s about embodying yourself as a powerful creator, here and now. When you claim that truth, your life begins to align with a sense of ease, flow, and grace that feels almost miraculous.
