Beloved soul,

You can multitask while listening to Spiritual Ambition. You can empty the dishwasher, fold laundry, scroll through your phone, or check your email while the episode plays in the background.

Yes, you can do that.

But you also have another option.

You can bring all of you — your heart, your spirit, your awareness — to the vibrational frequency I’m transmitting. You can choose to receive the essence of what I’m offering not just as words, but as a gift. A gift of loving. A gift of upliftment. A gift of joy.

Even now, as you read these words, I wonder if you can tune in. Can you feel the loveliness? The peacefulness? The intimacy and gentleness that I’m sharing with you?

This is the beauty of presence. When you allow yourself to truly receive, everything changes.

And today, I want to invite you to do just that.

Set yourself up in a way that lets you participate. Be here fully — not just with your ears or your eyes, but with your heart and your inner knowing. This is where transformation lives.

The Human Suit and All Its Skill Sets

When we land here in these brilliant, bumbling human suits — our bodies — we’re handed a curriculum.

We learn cognitive skills: how to read, how to solve problems, how to make meaning from logic and language.

We learn physical skills: how to walk, run, tie our shoes, ride a bike, brush our teeth.
We learn social skills: how to share, make friends, communicate, set boundaries.
We learn emotional skills: how to feel what we feel and express it in ways that connect us rather than separate us.
We learn life skills: personal hygiene, how to cross the street, how to manage money, how to drive a car.

And these are all beautiful and valuable. We honor the educational system that teaches them.

But what we don’t often talk about — especially not in schools — is spiritual skill sets.

Why? Because many people still confuse spirituality with religion.

Let me offer you a distinction:
Religion is a shared belief system, often organized and practiced in community.
Spirituality is your personal, intimate relationship with the invisible part of your being. The energetic part. The divine essence within you.

And in this space — in this Spiritual Ambition community — we remember:
You are a spiritual being having a human experience.

Big Acknowledgment, Big Listening

Today, I want to guide you into two powerful spiritual skills.
1. Big Acknowledgment
When you look into someone’s eyes — a friend, a stranger, a loved one — take a moment to become aware: This person is also a spiritual being, making their way through this wild, beautiful, sometimes baffling human adventure.

When you hold that awareness, something shifts. You may feel a wave of compassion, a softening, a sense of connection. That’s your spiritual self-awakening in the presence of another.

2. Big Listening

This one is powerful. And rare.

Big listening is when you listen with your full presence. You don’t try to fix. You don’t wait for your turn to speak. You don’t even listen with the goal of having a conversation.

You listen to receive.

You bring your open heart, your quieted mind, your spiritual awareness… and you receive what the other person is sharing.
No agenda. No exchange. Just presence.

Because when two or more are gathered in presence, Spirit enters. Magic happens. Healing happens. Connection deepens.

Practice This Until We Meet Again

Between now and our next episode, I offer you this practice:

📿 When you encounter someone — a barista, a colleague, your child, your partner — take a breath and remember: They are a spiritual being too.
🔮 Then, if the opportunity arises, try offering them your Big Listening. Don’t fix. Don’t shift the topic. Just receive.

And notice what happens.Want more heart-centered skill sets to support your growth and evolution as a spiritual being making her way through this human journey?
