At the age of 45, I “woke up” at the top of my game. For a middle-class ladder climber, I was on the top rung. I looked around and realized “all this” wasn’t “all that”.

On the outside, it all looked perfect.

I was a successful and tenured marketing executive for a prestigious hotel company working alongside best in class people. I made great money, lived in a beautiful home and was (and still am) married to celebrity fine artist, Paul Bond.

On the inside, I was dying.

The truth was, I was mentally stuck, emotionally unfulfilled, physically exhausted, and spiritually bankrupt. I wasn’t just out of touch with Spirit but also with my own body as there was breast cancer unknowingly growing in my chest.

I went crying to an intuitive, “I have to find my purpose”. She said, “Donna, your guides are spelling it out for me S P I R I T U A L P S Y C H O L O G Y.

Against all logic, I enrolled myself in a master’s program in Spiritual psychology. I reluctantly stepped away from my reputation as a leading professional in my industry and left the security of a multiple 6-figure direct deposit paycheck. Breath by breath, I worked through the incredible amount of resistance from my ego as I relaxed my grip around my perceived high status as a 3-time award winning top achiever with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Step by step, I gently disassembled my old limiting programming. I reimagined and reconnected a totally new framework activating authentic power in my consciousness. I took a personal journey into my own heart and discovered true power – the power of love.

I want to live in a world that is more captivated with the power of love than the love of power. I decided to do my part and began polishing myself instead of the mirror.

Today, in addition to my three decades of experience in the corporate sector, I now also hold an MA in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica. I additionally earned soul centered professional coaching and facilitation certifications, also from USM.

At present, I serve as a Soul Catalyst and founder of Consciousness Rising, Inc. My purpose is supporting high-achieving women to align and integrate their life with the power and wisdom of their soul. I am the creator of the healing modality Higher Human Integration(tm) and bestselling author. I guide women who’ve mastered external success but sense something deeper is missing on a transformative journey from discontent to joy, frustration to freedom, from exhaustion to vitality. Through this work, they reconnect with their Sacred Soul Signature-their already-whole divine nature-unlocking profound fulfillment that no accomplishment can provide.

My highest mission is to remind women of who they really are, activating their Sacred Soul Signature; awakening them into higher purpose and authentic power. My experiential Tell A Vision Show “Spiritual Ambition” further invites women to tune in and awaken their Divine Nature. Ultimately, I am one of many catalyzing the global transformation of consciousness taking place on the planet today.
