This Costa Rica Women’s retreat transformation looks like a very deep, heart opening, mind expanding (without psychedelics) consciousness rising, experience into one’s own heart. Through the processes that I design, with my background in spiritual psychology, women are really invited to strip away all of the crap that isn’t true and real, and to see through the walls we build around ourselves and how stand in our own way. This is about inner freedom.

Most importantly, this is an experience of one’s essence, an experience of one’s higher nature, higher consciousness. It’s beyond the mental capacity of learning about these things and instead it’s an embodied, experiential connection with one’s own essence.
Participating in an experience such as this is an individual contribution to the mass global transformation of awakening that’s happening everywhere on the planet. For women who are in the process of reclamation, really wanting to free themselves from the status quo and stop buying into the patriarchal bullshit that we’ve all bought into for as many years as we have, this is a step towards that inner freedom.
This life-changing experience provides a foundation because it returns you to yourself at the deepest level. You’ll walk away with a renewed sense of strength and the inner sovereignty you need to be courageous out in the world, to stand in your own power and your truth.
