From Crown to Sacred Sovereignty: My Evolution on the Path of the Priestess

At 45, I “woke up” at the top of my game and realized “all this” wasn’t “all that.” As a successful Ritz-Carlton marketing executive, I had climbed every rung of the middle-class ladder—prestigious career, multiple six-figure income, beautiful home, marriage to celebrated fine artist Paul Bond. On the outside, perfection. On the inside, I was dying.

The truth was brutal: mentally stuck, emotionally unfulfilled, physically exhausted, and spiritually bankrupt. So disconnected from my body that breast cancer was growing unknowingly in my chest. In desperation, I sought guidance from an intuitive who delivered a message that would change everything: “Donna, your guides are spelling it out—
S P I R I T U A L  P S Y C H O L O G Y.”

Against all logic, I enrolled in a master’s program, gradually stepping away from my reputation and the security of my corporate success. Breath by breath, I worked through massive ego resistance. Step by step, I gently disassembled my limiting programming and activated authentic power in my consciousness. I took a journey into my own heart and discovered true power—the power of love.

Today, at 57, I stand at the threshold of a new seven-year cycle, having retired my crown and stepped onto the path of the Priestess.

This sacred evolution from corporate queen to sovereign priestess wasn’t accidental—it was an answer to that unyielding inner call demanding the inner freedom of authentic self-expression. Now, with three decades of corporate experience and an M.A. in Spiritual Psychology with emphasis in Consciousness, Health & Healing, I serve as a Soul Catalyst and founder of Consciousness Rising, Inc.

I’ve learned the hard way that a queen rules over; a priestess leads through. Where traditional power demands allegiance, priestess sovereignty invites integration. I don’t ask women to follow blindly—I offer soul-led transformation through experiential understanding. 

I support conscious women who’ve mastered external success but sense something deeper is still missing. These women are aware that the soul journey is essential; typically 40+, they’ve climbed their own ladders only to discover they were leaning against the wrong wall. They’re experiencing spiritual awakening and are ready to challenge conventional paradigms. They want to shape the world we live in while making meaningful contributions beyond traditional achievement.

They reconnect with their Sacred Soul Signature—Understand their Sacred Soul Plan and integrate their already-whole divine nature. This process unlocks profound fulfillment that no external accomplishment can provide.

The sovereign priestess: honors both our humanity and divinity, stands as a bridge between worlds, channels Original Wisdom while embracing radical self-acceptance for our humanity. She doesn’t seek to dominate or control; she seeks to honor and elevate. She doesn’t hide from the shadows; she brings light to them with radical self-acceptance, self-trust, and self-love. She is not perfect—she is Present. She is not invulnerable, but she is enduring.

My highest mission as a soul catalyst is supporting women to awaken to who they really are, as divine beings making their way through this epic human adventure, activating their authentic power and higher purpose. I am one of many leading the global transformation of consciousness taking place on our planet today. I believe when we do the deeper inner work individually to trust our Higher Self and love our Human Self, the ripple effect changes the world.
