Earth Mama – Role of Supporter at Consciousness Rising
As I make my transition to living in beautiful Costa Rica full time and as Consciousness Rising, Inc. continues to grow and expand, it became obvious that I can’t do it alone. The company headquarters will remain here in California and to support our continued growth it became obvious, I need some help.
In the past, I am someone who has dealt with “dysfunctional independence”, a term coined by Robert Holden to describe people who are afraid to ask for or receive help. As it is my intention to open myself up more to life, to let people in and to let myself be nourished and given to – Bianca Whaley and I, have created a support role called Earth Mama.
When I met Bianca, it was love at first sight. We “knew” each other. I’m convinced we were High Priestesses together in the lost land of Avalon and we’ve reunited to bring some magic to present day times.
One of the consistently resounding things I hear from my clients as we explore more ways for them to experience their Original Wisdom is, they want to be in nature. The soul can more easily express in nature, because the soul is nature itself. For me, going to live in Costa Rica is going to live in nature, so I can embody even more of my soul essence and bring forward that Original Wisdom. Having an Earth Mama as part of my team, just feels like a natural progression as we harness more of the natural world and further our reach from California to Costa Rica.
Bianca is based in California, the home base for Consciousness Rising, Inc. Her loving arms stretch from one country to another as she holds space for me, my clients and so many moving parts within the company.
So, who is Earth Mama and what does she do?
The earth is our home. This is the ultimate mother. She grounds and sustains us on so many levels. As we integrate ourselves more fully with the magic of the earth, we are naturally nourished, supported and sustained. Her frequency brings us into coherence and that balance is the
Earth Mama is fierce and loving. This is the strong, grounded, present, compassionate presence who will push your hand away as you’re about to burn it on the stove. This is the kind, patient, calm, forgiving truth-teller who holds boundary lines, while at the same time conveying she really hears and sees your perspective.
Our Earth Mama Bianca creates the xtra one on one time for you. You are her top priority to get your questions answered and your needs met. Our Earth Mama is also willing to hold space for emotional outbursts and responsible processing.Our Earth Mama Bianca is the one who can walk and chew gum, spins 33 plates in the air at once while blowing bubbles and consistently does it with humor, a smile and a whole lotta love. Our Earth Mama looks beyond all of our human imperfections and meets everyone with unconditional-loving.
Technically, Earth Mama is our Chief Nurturing Officer
The other new offering we are excited to announce here at Consciousness Rising is Mama Support. As I have clearly “opted-out” on mother-hood in the traditional sense, and much prefer the role of Auntie, Goddess and High Priestess – Bianca Whaley fulfills an important need for so many of our young mothers who are “doing it all.” Whether you’re a first time mom or balancing a new baby with a toddler, the struggles that come along with raising tiny humans can feel overwhelming at times. Together we find the tools and discover practices that help you be the best possible version of yourself for your little ones. This offering is designed for when it’s time to ask for help.

Beyond all of that, Bianca leads the day to day behind the scenes processes, systems and pesky executive admin stuff. She clears my deck so I can show up more wholly and fully for my clients and facilitate deep powerful coaching.
