Honoring our emotions and humanness is one of the core fundamentals of self-love and self-care. Give yourself permission to experience your emotions, even the ones that may not be pretty. When we give ourselves the freedom to experience emotions, we can release the pressure that has built up and give ourselves freedom.
The more you can surrender yourself to a higher power and see things through your true nature and the lens of love, the more you can grow. On your journey of self-love, never forget that you are a student and need to be open to the changes that come your way. As you grow and practice loving your sweet self, you will see changes in your life and your authentic self will emerge.
